Any site registered with the Scheme, and everyone working on it, should act considerately towards all those affected by the work.
To see if a site is registered, look for the Scheme posters. All registered sites should display these prominently on the exterior of the site.
If you are having any problems with a registered site, please contact the administration office.

The Scheme can only deal with issues directly related to the Code of Considerate Practice. The Scheme’s aim is to resolve all complaints to the satisfaction of the complainant.
In the extreme case of a site not complying with the Code of Considerate Practice, registration may be withdrawn.
