Associate Members discuss Scheme future developments
The second of this year’s Associate Members’ Meetings was recently held at New Hall Hotel, Sutton Coldfield.
The Associates now number 25, with a further 5 companies invited to sign up as members from January 2008.
A wide range of topics was covered at the meeting, with particular focus on the ways in which Associate Members and other Scheme users can assist in raising public awareness of the Scheme. Other topics discussed included updating the current CCS Checklist to include new, more challenging requirements for sites.
The meeting was followed by dinner, where the discussions continued and the members had a useful opportunity for networking.
CCS General Manager, Edward Hardy, said: “As ever, it has been enlightening and helpful to be able to consult with our Associate Members on a number of topics, as well as briefing them on the Scheme’s latest initiatives, developments and future direction.” |
