The UK’s Most Considerate Constructor Awards:
Celebrating 10 Years of the Considerate Constructors Scheme

This year, the Considerate Constructors Scheme is celebrating it 10th year of operation and, as part of the celebrations, for the first time ever, the Scheme has presented awards to the UK’s Most Considerate Constructors. These awards will recognise the great efforts made by UK construction companies to improve their image and that of the construction industry.

The winners were presented with their awards during a dinner to celebrate the Scheme’s 10 year anniversary, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on Thursday 12 July 2007.

Awards were presented across the following industry sectors:

Civil Engineering, Housing Repairs and Maintenance, Commercial Refurbishment and Maintenance, New Commercial, Public Housing and Private Housing.

In addition, the category of Most Committed Client rewards those clients who have had the highest number of sites registered with the Scheme.

The final category of ‘UK’s Most Considerate Constructor’ rewarded the overall highest performing companies, with one contractor winning the prestigious accolade of the ‘UK’s Most Considerate Constructor’.
