As a leading regeneration specialist Lovell share a characteristic spirit of people and community with the CCS, as we set about our business of revitalising the communities in which we work.

Our activities include the refurbishment of thousands of occupied homes each year, the provision of significant numbers of much needed new affordable homes and sustainable external improvements to community housing.
