TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
Companies will be invited to become Associate Members by the Scheme's Board.
These will be companies that have had:
An acceptable number of previously registered sites
An acceptable level of compliance on all these sites
Members will:
- Request to become a Member.
- Register all their sites (in excess of six weeks’ duration), paying the appropriate fee.
- Register sites with a duration of over 18 months / 78 weeks in either annual or natural phases.
- Maintain membership for a minimum of three years
- Pay an additional annual fee of £3,000 plus VAT (due on 1 January each year).
- Ensure compliance with the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice on all their sites.
- Provide a Board member to act as contact and to represent their company at all Associate meetings.
The Scheme will:
- Promote the company’s Membership within the Associate section of the Scheme web site.
- Allow you the use of the Associate Membership logo on all of your marketing material.
- Provide bi-annual meetings/dinners to enable networking opportunities with other Associate Members.
- Provide monthly benchmarking information comparing the Associate with national averages.
- Provide an annual benchmarking report of all activities relating to the Scheme.
