Considerate Constructors Scheme

Client Partners are companies or organisations who are keen to help in improving the image of the construction industry.

Client Partnership lasts for three years and member companies agree to recommend Scheme registration to all sites they control. Client Partners are expected to encourage compliance with all aspects of the Scheme’s Code on their registered sites.

Bi-annual meetings are held with Client Partners’ companies to discuss relevant industry and Scheme related issues.

Terms of Membership

The Client Partner will:

1. Ensure that all the construction work that they control is registered with the Scheme.
2. Nominate a board or other senior representative as a contact with the Scheme.
3. Pay no fee unless approved by the Client Partners.
4. Provide a link from their website to the Scheme’s website.
   
   

The Scheme will:

1. Invite Members to a bi-annual lunch. (This lunch will be preceded by a short presentation on a subject(s) of mutual interest.)
2. Invite selected Contractor Associate Members to attend the lunch when appropriate.
3. Provide relevant monthly statistical information.
4. Decide on the suitability of all prospective Client Partners
5. Provide links from the Scheme’s website to the Client Partners’ website.
6. Publicise the Client Partners’ commitment to the Scheme.
7. Provide a membership logo
